Returns and Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 60-day return policy, meaning you have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • The item must be free from stains, damage, or signs of wear
  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Conditions

  • A maximum of two (2) items per order are eligible for a refund
  • Unlimited exchanges or store credit may be offered per order
  • If an exchanged item has a price difference, customers will be charged or refunded accordingly
  • Exchange items are shipped once the returned item has been received and inspected

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it begins processing immediately and cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to keep your order, you may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.


Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact our support team first if there is any issue with an order so we can assist promptly.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may delay the resolution process, as disputes are handled directly by the payment provider or bank.
We remain available to assist customers at support@goodinary.com to help resolve concerns whenever possible.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Personal care or hygiene items
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

To receive a different item, the fastest method is to:

  • Return the original item (if eligible)
  • Place a new order once the return is approved

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: within 10 business days

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
